Diagnose and treat mental and behavioral health conditions, including counseling and medication management. Supervise mental health staff and collaborate with primary care teams and community providers. Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, group, and family therapy. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, educate patients, and coordinate care to ensure continuity. Maintain documentation, comply with VA and regulatory standards, and participate in outreach and quality improvement activities.
