Competitive pay packages discussed as part of placement process What You'll Do Provide general GI clinical coverage and management in an outpatient clinic setting. Perform upper endoscopy (EGD) and colonoscopy with appropriate diagnostic and therapeutic care. Deliver non-variceal hemostasis (upper and lower) and diagnostic/therapeutic EGD services. Support biopsy services across GI sites (esophagus, stomach, small bowel, and colon). Perform advanced procedures as required, including ERCP (mid-level/moderate complexity). Conduct additional GI procedures such as esophageal dilation , foreign body removal via EGD , and PEG placement . Maintain strong communication and relationship-building with patients and families in a compassionate, patient-centered culture. What You Need Required GI procedure experience consistent with the scope listed above (EGD/colonoscopy and required advanced procedures, including ERCP). Ability to work within a Monday-Friday clinic schedule and participate in the shared call model. Preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills with patients and families. Comfort discussing and aligning on procedural scope, call expectations, and workflow during interview steps. About the Assignment This 12-month gastroenterology coverage assignment begins 09/28/2026 at a leading facility in Prestonsburg, KY , offering Mon-Fri 8:00 AM-5:00 PM clinic hours with shared call (offsite).
