Job Description Outpatient Primary Care Highlights:
Refill center managing over 70% of your refills Ambient listening available to everyone in Primary care to reduce documentation time LPN Care Coordinators dedicated to closing care gaps on your behalf Ochsner On-Call to reduce call burden Remote messaging Nurses to reduce in basket messages sent through the portal Outpatient Care Managers to assist with complex patient management and helping with social determinant of your patients Health Digital Medicine - supporting the management of patients with chronic conditions.
