Job Description
Family Medicine Physician 4-Day Work Week Loan Repayment Eligible She Recruits is representing a hospital-employed Family Medicine opportunity in rural Louisiana, just minutes from New Orleans. This is a brand-new facility with an expanding outpatient footprint and strong administrative support.
Compensation & Highlights:
- $225K base for new grads (higher for experience)
- $36K sign-on bonus
- Monthly RVU productivity bonus
- 4-day work week
- patients per day
- 1:6 call (unassigned ER admissions only)
- 26 days PTO
- $3K CME + 5 paid CME days
