Job Description Anesthesiologist - 3 on / 1 off & a 4-day Week in Northwest Louisiana Join a leading hospital in Northwest Louisiana, offering a flexible schedule and a diverse case mix.
Work 4x10s with one day off each week and enjoy a built-in 3-weeks-on / 1-week-off rotation for balance and recovery. The position includes trauma, neuro, OB, orthopedic, and pediatric anesthesia, all within a supportive team of CRNAs, residents, and fellows. This employed faculty role (optional research opportunities) includes comprehensive benefits, relocation up to 10% of base salary, and an 8% employer retirement match. Physicians may also earn additional pay for overtime or extra shifts. This area offers a rare balance of affordability, career opportunity, and comfort.
