Epic Coverage Model Physician coverage plus APP coverage as outlined in the Order Required Qualifications MD or DO Emergency Medicine residency completed Board certification accepted: ABEM or AOBEM Active Louisiana medical license DEA Case logs for the past 2 years Travel and Lodging Full travel provided Benefits Malpractice insurance coverage Weekly electronic pay Refer and earn program: Earn $2,000 per referral.
