Board EligibleEmployed Overview:
Seeking a Family Medicine physician to join a well-established primary care practice in Amesbury, MA. 4-day clinical work week (32 clinical hours, 8 administrative hours). Outpatient primary care serving newborn to geriatric population. Team-based care model. Established team of 3 MDs and 3 NPs. Onsite Behavioral Health Specialist. Onsite lab services. Practice transformation model focused on quality and patient-centered care. Epic EMR system. Community-focused practice with strong emphasis on work-life balance.
Position Offers:
Base salary range: $250,000-$290,000. Performance-based incentives may be available. Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage. Paid malpractice coverage. CME allowance. Generous PTO. Retirement savings program.
Requirements:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine. Eligible for Massachusetts medical license. Commitment to patient-centered, team-based primary care. Interest in outpatient community practice. About the
