Job Description
Atlantic Anesthesia is seeking W2 Anesthesiologists (FT & PT) to join our growing team at Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro, MA and two affiliated ambulatory surgery centers in Massachusetts. We offer highly competitive compensation packages, beginning at $500K annually for full-time clinicians, plus Call Pay incentives. Candidates with interest or experience in leadership will be considered for future departmental leadership roles. Signing Bonus Options Choose one of two generous bonus structures: $150,000 bonus for a 3-year continuous employment commitment (prorated repayment if not fulfilled). $200,000 bonus for a 3-year continuous employment commitment (full repayment if not fulfilled). All bonuses are subject to applicable taxes. Benefits Package Medical & Dental Insurance - 100% employer-paid 8 weeks PTO annually CME allowance: $4,000 annually Malpractice insurance - employer-paid 401(k) with discretionary profit-sharing (8% of base salary annually) Additional voluntary benefits: Vision, Short-Term Disability, Life Insurance Location Highlights Situated on the MA/RI border, Attleboro offers rich history, cultural attractions, and access to multiple wildlife sanctuaries.
