Job Description

- The Administrative Assistant II position will support the Rheumatology Department at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, MA. This is an onsite position, Monday through Friday, either 8am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5:00pm.
Job Description:
- Provides administrative support to physicians in their clinical practice, academic and research roles.
Essential Responsibilities:
- + Answers and screens telephone calls .
Required Qualifications:
- + High School diploma or GED required. Associate's degree preferred. + 1-3 years related work experience required. + Experience with computer systems required, including web based applications and some Microsoft Office applications which may include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access.

Job:
- Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally in carrying, lifting, pushing, pulling objects. Sitting most of the time, with walking and standing required only occasionally.
Pay Range:
- $21.
