Mount Auburn Hospital of Beth Israel Lahey Health, a Harvard Medical School teaching hospital serving the greater Cambridge, MA area is seeking an Endocrinologist to join its growing Division of Endocrinology. We are recruiting a full-time endocrinologist to join our Cambridge-Watertown practice. Responsibilities include outpatient and inpatient clinical care, practice-based quality improvement initiatives, and teaching internal medicine residents. Clinical responsibilities include approximately 25 % (and up to 5 0% if desired) inpatient endocrinology consultation, with the remainder devoted to outpatient endocrinology practice. The Division currently includes four endocrinologists, a nurse practitioner, a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES), and outstanding physician leadership. Our practice provides comprehensive care for a diverse patient population with a broad spectrum of diabetes and endocrine disorders. With the upcoming expansion of oncology services at Mount Auburn Hospital in collaboration with Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, the Division continues to strengthen integrated inpatient and outpatient endocrine care. The physician selected for this role will be eligible for a faculty appointment as an Instructor or Assistant Professor at Harvard Medical School commensurate with experience and qualifications. Pay Range:

$177,778 - $354,000 The base pay range reflects what Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (HMFP) reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this role at the time of posting and may be modified from time to time. Actual compensation within this range may be determined based on several factors, including academic appointment, work experience, specialty training, geography of work location, anticipated productivity, FTE basis, and role expectations. In addition to base compensation, this role may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which may include bonuses for productivity and quality HMFP also offers a comprehensive and generous employee benefits program to eligible employees, including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as retirement plan(s) with employer contributions.
