Conduct psychiatric assessments, prescribe medications, and monitor treatment responses. Supervise team members, participate in treatment planning, and develop policies. Provide crisis management, support inpatient care, and collaborate with families and community providers. Attend meetings, train staff, and ensure compliance with clinical and legal standards. Qualifications include medical licensure, DEA registration, strong clinical and supervisory skills, and cultural sensitivity. Work schedule is 26-32 hours/week, with a salary of $231,296 annually for 32 hours. In-person work with no driving requirement.
