Our Maternal born Department at MelroseWakefield Hospital includes: State-of-the-art and private newly remodeled labor and deliver suites and Mother Infant Unit Rooms Labor and Delivery triage area Level 2A Special Care Nursery In-house 24/7 anesthesia coverage In-house 24/7 neonatology coverage
Position Highlights:
- 10 shifts per month offering excellent flexibility
- 8,12-hour shifts/month, Monday-Thursday, Nocturnist schedule: 7 PM-7 AM
- 2, 24-hour shifts/month,
Sundays:
7 AM (Sunday) - 7 AM(Monday)- 900 Deliveries Annually - Shared between OB-Gyn Generalist Team
- Dedicated support from in-house Anesthesia, Neonatology, and ICU teams 24/7
- Opportunity to focus on inpatient obstetrics and consultative gynecology
Your Collaborative Role:
- Provide obstetrical care on Labor & Delivery
- Manage triage evaluations and admissions
- Perform gynecologic consults and urgent care
- Collaborate closely with nursing staff, and physician colleagues
- Participate in quality initiatives and patient safety programs Work, Live, and Grow
