Mass General Brigham is seeking a full-time, full-scope BC/BE Endocrinologist to join a well-established, well-supported community Endocrinology practice serving patients across the Pioneer Valley of Western Massachusetts. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a highly reputable, collegial group with deep roots in the local community-while enjoying the stability, resources, and national recognition of one of the country's leading healthcare systems. About the Practice You'll join a collaborative team of four physicians and two advanced practice providers in a close-knit, community-based practice known for delivering high-quality, patient-centered, comprehensive outpatient endocrinology care. The group has a strong referral base, an excellent local reputation, and a culture that values teamwork, communication, and physician input. What You'll Do Full spectrum outpatient endocrinology care including diabetes, thyroid disorders, adrenal disorders, pituitary disorders, and osteoporosis
Strong administrative and clinical support structure designed to allow physicians to focus on patient care
Manageable, equitable call by telephone; currently 1:6
