Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (Board Certified / Board Eligible) Opportunity to inherit a strong panel with a diverse patient population Collegial Practice with solid APP Support 32-36 Patient Hours/Week 16-18ppd with light, shared call responsibilities Seamlessly refer patients internally to specialists within Foundation Medical Partners 330+ strong physician-led group ensuring continuity of care

Targeted Pay Range:

MINIMUM RANGE

$230,000 to $280,000 SEGMENT 3 Top. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as: incentive, equity and benefits. Individual pay is determined by several factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
