Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Physician Interventional Pain Management specialist to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. Duties Perform minimally invasive interventional procedures such as nerve blocks, epidural injections, radiofrequency ablations, and botulinum toxin treatments to manage acute and chronic pain conditions. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history review, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations utilizing medical imaging and EMR/EHR systems. Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals across specialties such as anesthesiology, neurology, orthopedics, oncology, cardiology, and rehabilitation to develop integrated treatment plans. Utilize advanced medical imaging techniques like Ultrasound and fluoroscopy to guide precise interventions. Educate patients on pain management options, including medication administration, lifestyle modifications, and alternative therapies such as health coaching. Maintain detailed documentation of procedures, patient progress, and treatment outcomes in compliance with HIPAA standards. Stay current with emerging interventional radiology techniques and participate in clinical research to enhance pain management practices. Qualifications Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution with completion of a residency in Anesthesiology or related fields such as Neurology or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. Post-residency experience specializing in interventional pain management with a focus on minimally invasive procedures. Certification in Pain Medicine from an accredited board (e.g., American Board of Anesthesiology or equivalent). Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or similar platforms for accurate documentation and patient tracking. Extensive knowledge of medical imaging modalities including CT, fluoroscopy, and ultrasound guidance for interventions. Strong understanding of healthcare diagnosis, pharmacology, physiology, and anatomy relevant to pain management. Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams including specialists in cardiology, oncology, orthopedics, neurology, psychiatry, and primary care. Excellent patient service skills with a focus on compassionate care delivery in an outpatient setting. $225,000.00 - $375,000.00 per year
