Job Description
The Allergy Nurse Supervisor provides clinical leadership and oversight of allergy services within a physician-led ENT practice at Annapolis ENT. This role is responsible for supervising allergy nursing staff, ensuring safe and efficient allergy testing and immunotherapy operations, and maintaining high standards of patient care and regulatory compliance. The Supervisor collaborates closely with ENT providers and leadership to optimize workflow, support staff development, and drive quality and performance improvements across allergy services. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support allergy nurses in performing allergy skin testing (percutaneous and intradermal) Oversee administration of allergy immunotherapy injections and patient monitoring Manage allergic reactions including anaphylaxis per protocols Lead scheduling, staffing, and daily clinic workflow Train, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff Oversee inventory, preparation, and labeling of allergy serum Requirements Active LPN license in Maryland 3-5 years nursing experience required Allergy/ENT experience strongly preferred Supervisory experience preferred BLS/CPR certification required Total Rewards The referenced base salary range represents the low and high end of Specialty Care Networks' salary range for this position. Some candidates will not be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's geographical location, skills, work experience, market conditions, internal equity, responsibility factor and span of control, education/ training and other qualifications.
