We combine advanced molecular imaging with targeted radiopharmaceutical therapy to deliver personalized care for patients with cancers including metastatic neuroendocrine tumors, metastatic prostate cancer, and thyroid cancer. As part of our growing Maryland team, you will provide cutting-edge care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to expand access to innovative cancer treatments in an outpatient setting. What You'll Do Provide comprehensive theranostics care, including patient evaluation, treatment planning, and follow-up. Interpret PET/CT and
SPECT/CT
scans to guide personalized therapy decisions. Collaborate closely with referring oncologists, urologists, and other care team members to coordinate care plans. Review treatment plans and dosimetry for radiopharmaceutical therapies to ensure safety and efficacy. Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and clinical case discussions to support optimal patient outcomes. Support clinical trial participation, ensuring protocol adherence, accurate data collection, and patient safety. Implement and maintain clinic protocols and workflows, supporting adherence and ongoing optimization. Provide mentorship and guidance to technologists and clinical staff. Qualifications M.D. or D.O., board certified or eligible in Nuclear Medicine, Nuclear Oncology, or Diagnostic Radiology with a Nuclear subspecialty. Authorized User (AU) eligible under the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) or Maryland regulations. Experience in theranostics, molecular imaging, or radiopharmaceutical therapy preferred (training provided). Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple disciplines.
