- Team-based care with administrative, diabetes educator, and dedicated MA support Team-based environment: Work closely with physicians, care coordinators, nursing staff, and leadership Mission-driven organization: Be part of a health system deeply committed to quality, compassion, and community Stable, full-time opportunity within a growing, well-established medical group Clinical Responsibilities Diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of endocrine disorders, including diabetes, thyroid disease, osteoporosis, adrenal and pituitary disorders, metabolic disorders, and hormone imbalances Provide comprehensive outpatient endocrine consultations and follow-up care Manage insulin therapy, continuous glucose monitoring (CGM), insulin pumps, and other diabetes technologies as appropriate Perform and interpret thyroid and neck ultrasound imaging to support diagnosis and treatment planning Perform ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration (FNA) biopsies and other office-based endocrine procedures as appropriate Interpret diagnostic testing, including laboratory studies, imaging, bone density scans, and endocrine function assessments Educate patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, medication management, and lifestyle modifications.
