Job Description
Overview Seeking Experienced Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner At US Acute Care Solutions, you will have the opportunity to practice compassionate, attentive, and quality care with a group that invests in your growth, while valuing and rewarding your expertise. Our Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners work side by side with our physicians as clinical colleagues, with support through their own local, regional, and national APP leadership. As the country's leading physician-owned acute care group, we understand how important it is to be supported in leadership by your APP colleagues to focus on what's important: quality patient care. Excellent compensation with an estimated employed W-2 base pay range of $60/hour to $87/hour PLUS comprehensive USACS benefits and a 10% company-funded 401k. This hybrid APP role is primarily focused on Observation Medicine, with some Hospitalist Medicine coverage. Candidates should be comfortable working across Observation shifts, including day and flex (1 p.m.-11 p.m.) shifts, with occasional night coverage as needed. Hospital A part of Lifebridge Health System which also includes Sinai Hospital and Grace Medical Center, both in Baltimore. Northwest is a 240-bed not-for-profit hospital offering a wide range of patient services. Northwest Hospital's philosophy of patient-centered care continues with its newly opened rapid evaluation unit. This new ideology substantially lowers wait times and assures a heightened accuracy of triage. Observation Unit Approximately 12,000 obs patients/year
