TidalHealth - OBGYN Hospitalist

TidalHealth is seeking a full-scope OB/GYN Hospitalist to join our growing women's health team on Maryland's beautiful Eastern Shore. This position offers the opportunity to practice comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology in a collaborative hospital-based environment while helping train the next generation of physicians through our ACGME-accredited OB/GYN residency program. This role is ideal for physicians who enjoy inpatient-focused care, predictable scheduling, and academic involvement. Position Highlights

• Full-scope OB/GYN hospitalist role
• 12 or 24 hour shifts available
• Manage labor & delivery, obstetric emergencies, and gynecologic care
• Work alongside a collaborative team of physicians, midwives, and nursing staff
• Teaching OB/GYN residents is required as part of our ACGME-accredited residency program

• $193.33/hour
• $2,320 per shift Weekday Night Shift (12 hours)
• $232/hour
• $2,784 per shift Weekend & Holiday Day Shift (12 hours)
• $212.66/hour
• $2,552 per shift Weekend Night & Holiday Shift (12 hours)
• $250/hour
• $3,000 per shift Responsibilities
• Provide inpatient OB/GYN coverage
• Manage labor and delivery patients
• Respond to obstetric emergencies and triage
• Perform cesarean deliveries and gynecologic procedures
• Collaborate with community OB/GYN physicians and midwives
• Teach and supervise OB/GYN residents during clinical care (required)
• Participate in a team-based approach to patient care and education Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Eligible for Maryland medical license
• Interest in academic medicine and resident education
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
