Sign-on bonus, relocation reimbursement, student loan reimbursement, and fully paid health insurance
WORK SCHEDULE
40 hours / wk.
DESCRIPTION
Join an established team of health care providers in an upbeat, collaborative setting providing outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages. HAN's services include walk-in care, behavioral health, substance use treatment program, and dental care. With federal grant funding, a sliding fee scale is available to underserved patients. Primary focus of this position is family medicine with the option to provide substance use treatment, if desired. State of Maine MD or DO license Current DEA license
