The Director of Radiology will oversee the clinical, operational, and financial performance of the Imaging Department, guiding strategic planning, staffing, budgeting, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance. This leader will work closely with hospital administration, medical staff, and the Medical Director to ensure the delivery of safe, high quality imaging services. Responsibilities include monitoring productivity and quality metrics, managing capital planning and equipment contracts, leading recruitment and professional development for the imaging team, and maintaining strong relationships with referring providers and community partners. This position reports to the Senior Director of Outpatient Services and provides oversight for a team of seven to ten full time employees. This opportunity is located in a scenic New England setting known for its strong sense of community, four season outdoor recreation, and a slower paced lifestyle that appeals to leaders looking to relocate somewhere their work and personal life can both thrive.
