Overview:
Opportunity to join an established outpatient primary care practice 100% outpatient Family Medicine or Internal Medicine position Flexible schedule designed to support work-life balance Established patient base with strong referral network Provide comprehensive preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic primary care Manage chronic conditions including diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease Perform routine physical exams and wellness visits Coordinate care with specialists and hospital-based providers Participate in quality improvement and population health initiatives Collaborative, community-focused practice environment
