Family Practice Physician Grace Health | Battle Creek, MI Grace Health , a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) , is seeking a Family Practice Physician to join our Walk-In Clinic in Battle Creek, Michigan. This is a full-time position The physician will provide care for patients with chief complaints such as acute illnesses and minor injuries in a fast-paced, team-based environment while supporting Grace Health's mission of delivering high-quality, accessible care to the community .
