Family Medicine in Freeland, Michigan Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine Position Highlights Full-time opportunity Take over a patient panel from a retiring physician Team-based environment with access to cardiology, rheumatology, radiology, rehab, urgent care, and occupational health Flexible scheduling and shared call (1:5) supported by a nurse triage lineScope of Practice Full-spectrum care for all ages Preventive, acute, and chronic disease managementSchedule Monday Friday, 8 a.m. 5 p.m.
Requirements MD or DO (U.S. or foreign equivalent) Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine Completion of ACGME-accredited residency Eligible for Michigan medical license and Controlled Substance LicenseReason for Recruitment Replacement for retiring physicianCompensation & Benefits Competitive compensation package CME allowance and paid time off Health, dental, vision, pharmacy, and life insurance Short- and long-term disability coverage Professional liability insurance with tail coverage Relocation assistance Retirement plans with employer contribution (403b/457b)
