Job Description

ATC West Healthcare is seeking a full-time Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join its established outpatient clinic in Mt. Morris, Michigan. This opportunity offers a collaborative outpatient practice environment within a nationally recognized health system, featuring EPIC EMR, and strong physician support. The role is ideal for physicians seeking long-term career growth while providing community-focused primary care to a growing patient population. Dates/Schedule Full-time permanent outpatient position Monday Friday clinic schedule required 36 patient-contact hours per week 4 administrative hours weekly for charting, care coordination, and related responsibilities Shared call responsibilities as assigned Accepting 2026 and 2027 graduating candidates Job Details/Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services for Family Medicine and/or Internal Medicine patients Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Conduct preventive care visits, annual wellness exams, and follow-up appointments Develop long-term treatment plans and coordinate care with specialists when needed Maintain timely and accurate documentation using
EPIC EMR
Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure quality patient outcomes Participate in quality improvement initiatives and organizational care standards Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care in a supportive outpatient environment Support continuity of care and patient education initiatives Build strong relationships with patients and the surrounding community Adhere to organizational compliance, credentialing, and clinical standards Required Skills and Qualifications Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Board certification required within 3 years for Board Eligible candidates Michigan medical license or willingness to obtain required DEA certification required Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and CSL certifications required Clean malpractice and licensing history required
EPIC EMR
experience preferred Must be able to work a Monday Friday schedule Most recent NPDB Self Query Report within 30 days required at presentation H1B visa candidates accepted; J1 visa candidates not accepted Additional Candidate Requirements Not open to locum candidates Not open to candidates with lapsed board certifications Not open to providers seeking long-distance commuting arrangements or concurrent outside employment
