Dates/Schedule Full-time permanent outpatient position Monday Friday clinic schedule required 36 patient-contact hours per week 4 administrative hours weekly for charting, care coordination, and related responsibilities Shared call responsibilities as assigned Accepting 2026 and 2027 graduating candidates Job Details/Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services for Family Medicine and/or Internal Medicine patients Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Conduct preventive care visits, annual wellness exams, and follow-up appointments Develop long-term treatment plans and coordinate care with specialists when needed Maintain timely and accurate documentation using

Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure quality patient outcomes Participate in quality improvement initiatives and organizational care standards Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care in a supportive outpatient environment Support continuity of care and patient education initiatives Build strong relationships with patients and the surrounding community Adhere to organizational compliance, credentialing, and clinical standards Required Skills and Qualifications Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Board certification required within 3 years for Board Eligible candidates Michigan medical license or willingness to obtain required DEA certification required Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and CSL certifications required Clean malpractice and licensing history required
