About the Clinician's WorkdayThe clinician will provide comprehensive hematology and oncology care in an outpatient clinic setting Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM managing •patients daily with 2-3 new consultations weekly.
Clinical duties include conducting thorough patient evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans for hematologic and oncologic conditions, and coordinating ongoing care with the multidisciplinary team.
The position requires 1:6 weeks call coverage from Friday 8:00 AM to Friday 8:00 AM with weekend call responsibilities manageable remotely from home unless scheduled weekend coverage.
The clinician will collaborate with 6 other medical oncologists and 5 advanced practice providers who support admissions and inpatient work while managing 20-minute appointment schedules with dedicated nursing and medical assistant support.
