- Friday schedule, 8 am
- 5 pm, no weekends and no on-call duties Launch a new GI service line and shape the program and referral base from day one Employed model with no partnership buy-in and no existing patient backlog to inherit On-site endoscopy center and on-site CT surgical backup available Manageable census of 15
- 25 patients per day with 4 mid-level providers on staff ERCP and EUS skills are a plus, not a requirement Telemedicine-friendly with a flexible practice footprint across Michigan
