Locums About the Facility This free-standing psychiatric hospital provides structured inpatient psychiatric services for adult patients requiring evaluation and ongoing treatment. The facility maintains established clinical protocols to support comprehensive psychiatric care delivery within a dedicated inpatient environment. Locum tenens coverage is sought to ensure continuity of care. About the Facility Location Westland, Michigan offers a range of attractions and activities suited to diverse interests. Visitors may explore Heritage Park and Westland Historic Village Park, enjoy seasonal outdoor concerts featuring live music, food trucks, and vendors, and participate in family-friendly recreational activities throughout the surrounding region. About the Clinician's Workday Clinicians will provide full-time inpatient psychiatric care for adult patients during day shifts, Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours per week. Clinical responsibilities include rounding on patients within the inpatient unit and delivering psychiatric evaluation and ongoing treatment services. No call requirements are associated with this assignment. Board certification is required for this position.
