Job Description
Join a team caring for residents in skilled nursing facilities around New Hope, Minnesota. This part-time role lets you provide hands-on, patient-centered care across local post-acute and long-term care settings while working alongside experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants. You'll provide clinical leadership and oversight for assigned facilities, with a flexible schedule that supports work-life balance and meaningful impact. We also have additional facility opportunities nationwide in Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, Ohio, Tennessee, and Wisconsin.
