A Family or General Practitioner provides primary medical care for families and patients of all ages, including diagnosis, treatment and preventative care. Treats illnesses and helps patients to manage complex or chronic diseases. Works in a private practice or outpatient clinical setting. Works to meet the medical needs of communities that are less well served by hospitals.

Summary Join CentraCare's Family Medicine Float Pool and play a critical role in ensuring continuity of care across the CentraCare's central market. This position offers variety and flexibility, allowing physicians to support clinics during extended provider absences while practicing outpatient Family Medicine in a three or four-day workweek model across multiple locations.
Schedule:
Full-time | 0.75-1.0 FTE | St. Cloud and surrounding CentraCare clinics Day shifts | Weekdays | 3-4-day work week Assignments typically deployed for 8-12+ weeks
Pay and Benefits:
Salary range: $260,000 - $500,000 per year Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, or quality incentives
