Job Description
Join the Primary Care team at an independent hospital in a lakeside resort community offering practice autonomy, excellent support, and a balanced lifestyle. This position features a 4 day work week, more than six weeks of PTO, and the opportunity to incorporate procedures and scopes if desired. The Opportunity
- Moderate patient volume of just 10-15 patients per day
- Include scopes if interested
- 4 day workweek with 6+ weeks of PTO for outstanding work life balance
- Light, easy call schedule with no requirement to remain onsite Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $310,000-$400,000.
- Total earning to $450,000
- $100,000 signing bonus
- Up to $250,000 in retention bonus and/or student loan repayment Community Highlights
