Opportunity Details:
Must be a BE/BC Family Medicine Experienced in Family Medicine with a desire to work in a traditional primary care clinic setting Full time 40-hour work week Have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills Ability to work well in a team-based care delivery model Possess a strong commitment to the creation of healthier communities This practice model supports outpatient clinic operations Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Eligible Employer Base salary $354,780 Starting loan of up to 10% of base compensation Production incentives Paid relocation up to $15,000 An excellent benefit package•- comprised of matching 403b, medical, dental and vision insurance, paid professional liability insurance, and much more Job Requirements Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine Active or eligible license in the state of Minnesota Strong clinical skills with experience in Family Medicine Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients and families Where You'll Work Snuggled in the heartland of Minnesota, Little Falls is known for its historic charm, natural beauty and small-town atmosphere with big city attractions.
