Description This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a supportive, on-site environment. As a Locum MD/DO, you will play a critical role in delivering essential health services to our diverse patient population. You'll collaborate closely with other medical professionals to ensure comprehensive healthcare delivery, maintaining our commitment to patient-centered care. This position is ideal for individuals looking to make a meaningful impact in the medical field while enjoying the flexibility of contract work. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care Conduct comprehensive medical examinations and assessments Develop and implement patient care plans Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient care Educate patients on health management and preventive care Maintain accurate and detailed patient records Stay current with best practices and medical advancements Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes Requirements Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Active medical license in the state of practice Experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care Strong clinical skills and knowledge of relevant medical practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Commitment to patient-centered care and ethical medical practices Prior experience in a locum or contract role is a plus

Monday-Friday, 8a-4:30p
Setting:
Inpatient and outpatient
Patient Census:
12 per day
Case Types:
Preventive care, acute care, and chronic disease management
EMR:
CPRS Any state license accepted Must be board-certified or board-eligible ACLS, BLS, and DEA required Paid travel & expenses
