Job Description

Physician Liaison - Minnesota Urology Minnesota Urology is hiring a Physician Liaison for our Woodbury location. This position is responsible for efficiently handling outside physician relations by acting as concierge for referring physicians, providing necessary information and follow-up in a timely, professional, and friendly manner. Pay Information Minnesota Urology believes in pay transparency. Compensation ranges are based on current market data and reviewed to remain competitive. Final hourly rates are determined by experience, job-related skills, location, and internal equity.
Hourly Pay Range:
$18.00-$22.50 per hour. (Dependent on prior relevant healthcare experience) What You'll Be Doing In this role, you will manage referring physician concerns by documenting all provider communications in the EHR system, routing to appropriate providers and care teams with efficiency and accuracy. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of escalations, callbacks and resolutions. Additionally, this position will organize and maintain the daily physician liaison schedule and the weekly physician rotation schedule, as well as assist the Patient Experience Center. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will be able to collaborate effectively with scheduling, nursing and clinical teams to support provider needs. Strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. Comfort with electronic health record systems and the ability to adapt to changing priorities are important for success in this role. A customer-service mindset, teamwork, and compassionate, professional communication are required in this fast-paced environment. The right candidate can remain calm and focused under pressure while maintaining strict confidentiality of protected health information, all while serving a diverse population of patients.
