• Rural Emergency Medicine Mercy Hospital is recruiting an emergency medicine physician (Family Medicine trained are welcome) for two critical-access hospitals located outside of Springfield in Aurora and Cassville, Missouri.

We are a hospital-employed group with no partnership track/buy-in and equal parity, scheduling, and vote from day one! Mercy Hospital Aurora and Cassville:

25-bed, critical access hospital Annual ED volume of 11,000-13,000 patients Easy transfers (ground and air) to Mercy Hospital

• Springfield, an 886-bed level I trauma center and tertiary catchment hospital for a four-state area Hospitalists available 24-hours per day for admissions No hospitalist work or inpatient rounding required MRI and CT available Basic emergency procedures are available including Glidescope and Ultrasound No trauma designation Less than 2 patients per hour

Schedule completed three months in advance for a great work/life balance 12-hour shifts, 12 shifts per month

• flexible and block scheduling available $50,000 signing bonus plus paid relocation Guaranteed hours/shifts and $205
