Job Description
An award-winning healthcare organization is seeking a BC/BE Gastroenterologist to join its dedicated inpatient GI service in Southeast Missouri. This 100% inpatient GI hospitalist role offers a structured, blocked schedule built for an outstanding balance between career success and personal well-being. Position Highlights

- Flexible blocked scheduling model 168 shifts per year, with the option to pick up additional shifts
- Inpatient-only practice working closely with the outpatient GI group
- Strong collaborative relationship with the ED team keeps overnight call minimal
- Average of 10-12 scopes per day
- Advanced procedures (ERCP/EUS) welcomed but not required
- Dedicated inpatient GI APP support Monday-Friday Compensation & Benefits
- $750,000 never-ending guaranteed base salary + APP Stipend
- Additional shifts compensated at $3,600 per shift beyond 14 shifts/month
- $100,000 sign-on bonus
- PSLF-qualifying employer offering up to $420,000 in student loan forgiveness
