Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician to join our team in the St. Louis, Missouri and surrounding communities. What We're Looking For:
Board-certified in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Med/Peds Active state medical license 2 years of post-residency clinical experience, ideally in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting Experience treating patients across all age groups Proficiency in minor procedures such as suturing and splinting, and in reading EKGs and X-rays Strong communication and listening skills Comfort collaborating with advanced practice providers
Your Role:
As a Physician at Mercy-GoHealth, you'll independently provide a wide range of clinical services, including: Examining and treating patients with acute conditions Taking medical histories and ordering diagnostic tests Making diagnoses and prescribing medications Performing minor procedures and administering vaccinations Documenting patient progress and coordinating follow-up care Supervising and collaborating with PA/NPs, including remote supervision and credentialing support Working 8- or 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced, patient-focused setting At GoHealth Urgent Care , we GO above and beyond for our patients, communities and team members to ensure effortless, personal and connected experiences.
