Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Primary Care Physician to provide preventive primary care for adults 65+, with a focus on Medicare Advantage, chronic disease management, and preventive care. Physicians see approximately 12-15 patients per day with 20-40 minute visits. Value-Based Care experience is welcomed but is not required; training is provided.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Adult 65+ patient population Majority Medicare Advantage Chronic disease and preventive care focus Approximately 12-15 patients per day 20-40 minute patient visits No RVU pressure Integrated care team including NP/PA, Medical Assistants, Social Workers, lab and pharmacy support, and referral coordination

COMPENSATION

Public posting range: $235,000•260,000 base salary Commencement bonus up to $75,000, varying by clinic Annual performance bonus: 20% of base salary Total first-year compensation: $300K+ depending on experience and performance Early sign-on bonus opportunities Relocation assistance available for moves greater than 50 miles ROLE Provide primary care for adults 65+ Focus on chronic disease management and preventive care Practice within an integrated care model Work collaboratively with NP/PAs, Medical Assistants, Social Workers, lab and pharmacy support, and referral coordination
