Job Description

The GI Hospitalist locum tenens opportunity in Missouri
  • Location:
    Springfield, MO
  • Duration:
    July 2025 July 2026
  • Schedule:
    1-3 weeks per month
  • Shift:
    Monday Sunday, 7a-7a
  • Call:
    yes
  • Patient Volume:
    5-12 consults per 24 hour shift, 3 critical care
  • Scope:
    inpatient consults, rounds, and procedures (option for ERCP, but not required)
  • EMR:
    Cerner
  • Group:
    Full subspecialty support, 7 other GIs, 3 advanced practice providers
  • Hospital:
    700 beds, level I trauma center
  • Requirements:
    Board certified or board eligible with a Missouri license Travel, Accommodations, and Malpractice
