Job Description
Our client in MO is seeking a skilled Orthopedic Surgeon for a 90-day assignment starting Oct 12, 2026. This role involves providing comprehensive orthopedic surgery services, including arthroscopy and total joint replacements, within an 11-bed department. The incoming Physician will manage approximately 10 patients per shift and respond to calls with a 30-minute response time, handling an average of 5 phone consults, 4 patient visits, and 4 admissions per 24 hours while on call. Responsibilities and Duties Perform arthroscopy procedures Execute total joint replacements including hip, knee, and shoulder Conduct tendon release and repair surgeries Perform peripheral nerve surgery with instrumentation Manage cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spinal procedures Perform percutaneous disc surgery Provide comprehensive orthopaedic surgery services See approximately 10 patients per shift Maintain a 30-minute response time for calls Handle an average of 5 phone consults, 4 patients seen, and 4 admissions per 24 hours while on call Additional Information Board Certified in
