Job Description

We're looking for a dedicated Medical Director/Attending Physician to provide high-quality care across skilled nursing facilities in the St. Charles, Missouri area. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, a collaborative team environment, and the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of post-acute and long-term care patients. You'll work closely with experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver patient-centered care, while providing clinical leadership and oversight at assigned facilities. Where you could work Local openings in Columbia, Doniphan, Springfield, and Strafford, Missouri. Additional opportunities nationwide in GA, IL, IN, KS, LA, MA, MI, MO, NC, OH, TN, and WI. What the role looks like Part-time schedule, typically covering each facility 1-2 days per week. No fixed daily start or end times, no overnight shifts, and no on-call responsibilities. Expect to see 18-25 patients per day. New graduates who are board-eligible and actively pursuing licensure are welcome to apply. Company-provided iPad with LTE for efficient charting and communication. Compensation and benefits Competitive pay with earning potential above industry benchmarks. Company-provided iPad with LTE and a professional lab coat. Qualifications we're looking for MD or DO with an active, unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine. Strong communication and leadership skills, solid clinical judgment, and a genuine commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
