Our organization is dedicated to serving underserved communities by providing comprehensive healthcare including primary medical, dental, vision, and behavioral health services, focusing on improving community health through access and relationships. The Physician will deliver patient-centered, team-based care, coordinate through a collaborative model, and ensure patient rights are upheld. Responsibilities include direct patient care, attending training and meetings, assisting colleagues, and maintaining care continuity across multiple sites.
