- 12-hour shifts Every 5th weekend coverage schedule Avg 5 patients per shift
- 0 to 2 admissions per 24 hours Inpatient hospital setting
- obstetrics and gynecology unit Call ratio 1:4
- 30-minute response time required Low and high-risk OB management
- all delivery types required Surgical GYN required
- open and laparoscopic procedures Vacation coverage
