Locums About the Facility The assignment encompasses multiple facility locations in Meridian, Mississippi. The outpatient clinic is a modern orthopedic center focused on same-day care and rehabilitation, while the affiliated full-service acute care hospital provides comprehensive medical services supported by advanced technology. A satellite hospital extends emergency and inpatient services to the surrounding community. About the Facility Location Meridian, Mississippi is a mid-sized city in the eastern part of the state, offering a range of cultural and recreational attractions. Notable destinations include the Mississippi Arts and Entertainment Experience (The MAX), the Mississippi Children's Museum, and performing arts venues such as the MSU Riley Center and Temple Theater. Bonita Lakes Park and Highland Park provide accessible outdoor spaces for leisure activities. About the Clinicians Workday Clinicians in this role will provide anesthesia services during day shifts from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, working either Monday through Wednesday or Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, with the start of the assignment contingent upon credentialing completion, estimated at approximately 90 days. This is a high-volume pain practice managing 30 to 40 cases per day, encompassing epidurals, injections, spinal cord stimulators, and radiofrequency ablations. The role includes a leadership component, with the clinician supervising APRNs in collaboration with the Medical Director.
