Clinicians on assignment may explore the broader region's natural landscapes and local offerings during their time in Mississippi. About the Clinician's Workday Clinicians will provide obstetric and gynecologic coverage through 24-hour shifts at an on-site emergency room facility in Mississippi, with a call ratio of 1:2. Clinical responsibilities encompass obstetric and gynecologic care within the ER setting, with an expected volume of 0-3 births per shift. Call coverage is required as part of this assignment, and clinicians must maintain continuous availability for all assigned cases. All clinical documentation is completed using
