This opportunity allows you to practice high-quality emergency care in a supportive environment while enjoying the charm and friendliness of a picturesque North Mississippi city. About the Role 1099 self-employed, independent contractor model
EPIC EMR
system Sign-on and relocation assistance for full-time physicians Manages hospitalist services (HM) as well Emergency department volume: 28,000-29,000 annual visits Competitive compensation rate Qualifications Board eligible or board certified in: Emergency Medicine (EM) Family Medicine (FM) Internal Medicine (IM) IM/Pediatrics with ED experience EM fellows welcome to apply Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently Excellent teamwork and communication skills Key Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute illnesses and injuries Provide high-quality emergency care to all patient populations Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes Maintain accurate, compliant documentation using EPIC Location Highlights New Albany is in the rolling hills of North Mississippi, between Oxford and Tupelo, and just 1.5 hours from Memphis, Tennessee.
