Job Description

Mississippi Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Center (MSMOC) is seeking a fellowship-trained Orthopaedic Hand Surgeon to step into a turnkey, high-volume hand practice following the retirement of an established surgeon. With an existing patient base, the practice is positioned for a seamless transition with clinical autonomy, no trauma call, and a clear path to partnership . This is more than a job. It's an opportunity to step into an established practice and make it your own in a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility while living in one of the South's most vibrant and desirable college towns. Position Highlights:
Bread-and-butter hand practice with strong patient volume High case mix of CMC arthroplasties and wrist arthritis procedures Opportunity to incorporate nerve reconstruction and complex hand cases based on interest Diverse surgical exposure including fractures and tendon lacerations MSMOC - Oxford Highlights 4 surgeons + 1 non-operative Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine physician Brand-new 25,000 sq. ft. orthopaedic center 28 exam rooms, procedure rooms, walk-in urgent care and 5,000 sq. ft. PT gym Advanced surgical care at Oxford Surgery Center with robotic technology, completed in 2025 Strong referral network with immediate patient demand ModMed EMR for streamlined workflows General orthopaedic call No trauma, with call pay Visit us on Instagram! Qualifications:
Board Certified/Board Eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery and Hand Surgery Fellowship-trained in Orthopaedic Hand Surgery Eligible for or holding a valid Mississippi medical license
