Job Description
A not-for-profit, physician-led health system in Montana is seeking a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to build and grow their new service line. Work amongst a tenured Psychiatry staff while building out the child and adolescent branch and servicing the local community.
- Develop and lead a brand-new service line within a tenured organization alongside with a collaborative psychiatric team consisting of experienced Adult Psychiatrists, PMHNP's, RN's, PCT's, and more
- Outpatient opportunity - enjoy a four-day work week with flexible patient scheduling
- Academic opportunities available
- Base salary of $310,000 plus productivity, quality incentive bonuses, retention bonus, sign-on/relocation
- Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement with match, and 7 weeks of PTO (5 weeks of paid time off, 5 days of CME, 7 paid holidays)
