An established, physician-led health system in Montana is seeking a BE/BC Gastroenterologist to join a busy practice with strong procedural demand, dedicated endoscopy space, and exceptional schedule flexibility. Choose a traditional 4-day work week or explore a week-on/week-off schedule that provides extended stretches of time away from work.

The Opportunity:

Work in a newly updated facility with dedicated endoscopy suites

Turnkey bread and butter practice with high procedural volume

4-day work week or option for flexible scheduling options such as a week-on-week-off schedule

$650,000 base salary with additional productivity bonus incentives and call stipends

$100,000 onboarding package used for sign-on bonus and relocation assistance

Comprehensive benefits package: 37 days of paid time off, health, vision, dental, 401(k) with employer match, malpractice with tail, and CME allowance
